Like i would always say that the world is just like an ocean with lots of aquatic animals dwelling in it striving to survive each day, in the quest for survival some survive and others don't, So it is with humans.
There is no limit to what you can achieve as far as you are well determined towards achieving that very goal, so never underestimate you.
The human brain is one of the most powerful asset that God Almighty gave to us and harnessing the full potentials of the human brain is one of the few things that can make your quest towards achieving anything whatsoever limitless.
According to research in 2011 on human brain, A study from Columbia University found that people rely more on the internet and less on their brains which makes the brain forget more things overtime.
Now this is one "abnormally" that we have to correct cause the human brain is more powerful than the internet but it is underutilized nowadays.
3 tips to harness the full potentials of the human brain
1. Exercise: Exercise helps harness the brains full potentials because it does more than just keeping the bones strong and heart pumping. Exercise helps to increase blood flow to the human brain which delivers very important oxygen and glucose.
2. Listening to music: This can help improve the human brain cause it helps one to be better organized, pay attention, make predictions and updates one's memory.
3. Meditation: Recent report makes us understand that those who meditate for about 30 minutes a day for eight weeks showed significant changes in many parts linked to the human memory, sense of self and stress.
You can practically engage in a physical exercise of repeating a calming word again and again to prevent distracting thoughts from inundating your brain or try focusing on your breathing to be more in the moment.
Finally: If you can do all those and be able to harness the full potentials of your brain then it can go a long way into achieving whatsoever you set your mind to achieve in the long run.
One very important tip that can make you succeed in that very task or challenge is to see yourself being victorious in that very task right before the inception. As far as the human brain is concerned there is no limit to what you can achieve or no limit to the heights you can attain, the only limit is "Self". So take full control of "Self" today and never underestimate You.
