How to Wake up Early to do your Early morning Workout

Morning workout, Morning exercise, Keeping fit, health benefits.

As requested by a blog reader "Milton Goh" after my last post on Morning Work-outs on the topic 5 vital health benefits of early morning Work-outs that i should write a post on how to wake up early to do your early morning workout.

So i pondered on that a little and decided to grant that very request cause some people find it really difficult to actually wake up early to workout so let's go straight to the nitty-gritty of this very blog post.

It's always very hard to win that battle over sleep especially early in the morning like a friend of mine normally says that sleep is sweetest early in the morning, I normally laughs over that but if you critically analyze it you will see that my friend is not far from the truth anyway but do you know that you can really win that very battle over sleep early in the morning and go for an early morning workout? Yes you can do that by doing the following:

Simple tips to wake up early to do your early morning workout

Do not eat full at night

Taking a light meal at night can help you wake up early the next morning. I have noticed that whenever i eat heavy at night before bed i find it very hard waking up early the following morning cause it makes me feel lazy early in the morning due to the heavy meal i consumed the previous night that is the reason you should always eat light meal at night.

My Sister always prefer taking fruits at night before bed saying it makes her sleep sound and wake up early the next morning for the day's activities though i ain't advising you to do so cause everybody's body system works differently.

I know someone that if he doesn't eat before bed or takes just fruits he finds it very difficult to have a good night rest. So if you must eat just eat light meal to enable you wake up early to do some workout.

 Do not eat late

It  is not advisable to eat late at night for proper digestion. Medicine has it that eating late at night increases the risk of heart attack and stroke and it's also advisable to eat before 7pm and nothing after 7pm. So if you want to have a good night rest and wake up early in the morning to do some workout eat before 7pm or atleast 2hours before bedtime.

 Early Bedtime

Now this very tip is a natural phenomenon that when you go to bed early you wake up early the next morning as well but some people tend to neglect that due to late night movies or trying to finish up some office workload. To be sincere i am also guilty of this but at the moment am working on putting a stop to that very soon cause medically it's unhealthy as well.

 Drinking some water before bed

This can really help for proper and prompt digestion thereby making you feel light and strong the next morning for an early morning workout.

 Setting up an Alarm

Though this can be very annoying at times but trust me it's helpful cause it acts as a reminder.

Those are the few tips that can help wake you early for an early morning workout. You can as well mention others that i failed to mention in the comment box below. Till next time remain blessed lovely people.
